New test implements local operators for accumulating the total water content and Neumann fluxes across the boundaries, respectively. Test is not added to the system tests yet.

* added 'impl' folder containing explicit template instantiations
* moved Simulation member implementations into .cc file

adapted dorie.cc to interface changes. added headers for subfolder includes. changed factory enable_if

major folder restructuring: moved dorie/ files into dorie/solver. removed solver headers. moved executable source files into dune/ folder
