fix upwinding evaluation

For upwinding, we choose the evaluation position dependent on the direction of numeric flux. At the moment, the upwinding condition only changes the evaluation position of the matric head, but not of the saturation and conductivity parameterization queries. This has to be fixed asap.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
