Add coverage to DORiE

Description

Add coverage to DORiE

Proposal

The idea is that we can assert how good the test that we are already performing in DORiE. We can use gcovr which can extract information from tests that are run with the flag --coverage. And even better is that we can transform the information gcovr into an html page that shows the lines that have been covered using the tool lcov.

How to test the implementation?

Pipeline passing and showing coverage.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
