Add template models repository and usage instructions

While we internally already use a separate repository for models, it is not straightforward to set up such a project. There should be an easy way to do so, e.g. a template project that could be forked...

To figure out

  • Base this on utopia/models or rather on yunus/models?
  • Should that repository require to push a separate docker image or is there a convenient way to make this optional?
  • In light of #289, should we start that project here or directly in gitlab.com/utopia-project?
    • ➡ directly in the gitlab.com/utopia-project group
